3. Account Management

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If someone accesses your account without your permission, notify 99bdt support immediately.

• Change your password regularly and do not share it with others.
• Always use a secure internet connection.
• Do not close the browser without logging out, especially on shared devices.

Changes to Account

Identity verification may be required to change your name, email, or phone number. 99bdt may temporarily suspend an account in the event of any unusual activity.

Account Inactivity

If your account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months, 99bdt may mark that account as inactive. Contact support to reactivate it.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

99bdt ensures secure financial transactions through Bangladesh's major mobile banking methods. Our accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• The deposit must be sent from your own registered account.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
